Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to have a smooth shopping experience with us. Please read our exchange and return policy carefully:

1. Exchange Period

• You can request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your product if you are not fully satisfied.
• To request an exchange, you must contact us via WhatsApp or email.
• Once we receive your request, we will process your exchange within 7 business days.

2. Exchange Charges

• An exchange fee of PKR 350 will apply, which must be paid via bank transfer to our account before the exchange is processed.
• Products cannot be returned for a refund; only exchanges are allowed.

3. Courier & Shipping

• Do not send any parcel to our address directly.
• We will arrange pickup through our authorized courier company.

4. Damaged Products

• If you receive a broken or damaged product, we will take it back free of charge and refund your payment via bank transfer.
• For damage claims, you must provide a parcel opening video. Without the video, your claim will not be accepted.
• Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.

5. Conditions

• The product must not be used more than 7%; otherwise, it will not be eligible for exchange or return.
• Customized orders are non-exchangeable unless damaged.
• Tester kits are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
• The product must be returned with the original receipt, tags, packaging, and all items included in the parcel.
• If any of these are missing, your parcel will be sent back to you and the delivery charges will be your responsibility.
