Defective or Underperforming Products
1. If the product is defective, damaged, or not performing as expected, you are eligible for a free replacement or refund.
2. To claim this, you must provide a parcel opening video and return the product in its original packaging.
3. Once we receive your product, we will inspect it to verify:
• Long-lasting performance
• Correct fragrance notes
• Overall product condition
4. If the product meets our standards, it will be sent back to your address.
5. If any of the following are missing or damaged, we will first inspect your parcel:
• Original receipt
• Tags
• Packaging
• Any other items included in the original parcel
6. After inspection:
• If an issue is found, your payment will be refunded via bank transfer.
• If no issue is found, the parcel will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for:
• PKR 350 exchange fee
• Delivery charges
7. No charges will be applied to the customer for defective or underperforming products where an issue is confirmed.
